OK...so here we are.  It's the middle of March, 2008 and ALL THE EXPERTS in my industry are telling everyone that this "is the worst time to be in industry".

"THIS INDUSTRY IS WAY TOO EASY TO BE THIS HARD!!"

'I understand the VITAL changes in this industry, and I'm earning my families TRUST by constantly educating my staff with the NEW laws and regulations!!'...WE ARE STILL GETTING THE RESULTS our families DESERVE!!

If times really are 'so bad', why are we still giving AWAY $1000???

In fact, I tried telling my nephew about what all the 'naysayers' in my industry are saying...and 'how bad things are'...  

He feels the same way I do...HE'S TIRED OF HEARING IT!!  Just take a LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW!!

Where does that leave the families we are supposed to be serving?!?!  Are they supposed to 'suffer'?  I heard another 'broker' say the other day that "they are S.O.L."!!  ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!  And this was a gentlemen that I USED TO HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT FOR!!!

We are STILL HELPING families get out of that "INSANE" adjustable rate mortgage (that some dirt ball mortgage broker PUT THEM INTO)...and LOCK INTO A 30 YEAR FIXED interest rate.  We are STILL 'SAVING OUR CLIENTS OVER $500 EVERY MONTH'...!! 

  ...we are still 'getting' our clients '2 MONTHS OF NO BILLS, and more than $10,000 to even $100,000 in cash'!!!!

Listen, you don't have to believe me.  I know...I know...I'm a mortgage broker...and I understand the bad reputation that we have.  In fact, I've said this all along...most mortgage brokers ARE SCUM!!! 

Most...NOT ALL!!! 

Up until recently, NO EDUCATION was required.  Even worse than that...some states still don't have a requirement regarding industry related "experience".  In other words, some "guy who dropped out of high school...and was selling used cars at a local dealership" can still become a broker in some states. 

UNBELIEVABLE, right?!?!

That being said, FAMILIES STILL NEED TO FIND THE RIGHT company to finance THEIR BIGGEST INVESTMENT of their life...THEIR HOME!!
